Here is our all new V2.0 Titanium Stud kit! Unlike V1.0, this kit is now all grade 6 Titanium!
Replace your rusty OEM manifold bolts and cone washers with our high strength 6Al Titanium stud kit! We include 11 machined Titanium studs that are much stronger than the factory bolts that also provide much greater corrosion resistance. Also included are Titanium cone washers that are also much stronger than the OEM stamped pieces, along with reusable Mil-Spec style Titanium lock nuts that will not loosen or degrade over time.
What's new:
The revised stud design includes a slight step up at the head to allow for a positive engagement to further prevent loosening.
NOTE:
Because of this, you will need to make sure the 2 outer holes on your header/manifold are large enough for the stud. If they are not, you will need to enlarge the holes to clear the stud, or keep in place the 2 OEM outer studs. ***They will not fit the outer 2 holes of the BWE turbo manifold***
We have also removed a portion of the threads from the front of the stud to make installing the lock nuts easier.

11 - 6Al Titanium Mil Spec style lock nuts
***We recommend using some med strength thread-locker when installing the studs in the head***

awesome quality
As a lathe machinist, I had to order these for my head replacement / banks torque tube install. Studs were easy to install no problem. The quality and finish is top notch. Turning titanium is not a fun job in itself, but I was blown away at the finish on these. Thanks!

These are a major upgrade.
If you’re going through the process of putting a header or replacing your exhaust manifold, replace your old hardware with these. These studs are a beaut.
